Site Reliability Engineering Senior Lead - Permanent - [Sao Paulo, Brazil]Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Senior Lead for a transformative project based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This role focuses on ensuring system reliability, performance, and scalability, aligning technical infrastructure with business objectives.Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain scalable systems.Monitor system performance and security.Identify and resolve service availability issues.Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible.Collaborate with development teams for reliability-focused features.Conduct capacity planning and scaling.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.7+ years in IT or relevant field.3+ years in leadership, SRE, DevOps, or systems engineering.Strong understanding of SRE principles, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms.Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Experience with configuration management, Scripting, and monitoring tools.Understanding of business processes and ITSM processes.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Start date: [ASAP] Duration: 12 Months Location: [Sao Paulo, Brazil]If you are interested in this role please reach out by sending an email with the latest version of your CV.
