MS Viva Consultant - £ per day via Umbrella - short term contract - Remote (ad hoc travelling to Birmingham/London)We are looking for a dynamic and experienced software consultant with a proven track record in designing, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Viva services with a specific focus on the Engage and Pulse modules.As a MS Viva Consultant, you will: Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and tailor MS Viva Services to meet organizational needs.Deploy Viva Engage and Viva Pulse modules, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.Facilitate single sign-on and multi-factor authentication for seamless access.Ensure compatibility with Microsoft Teams and other relevant tools.Optimize mobile device compatibility for colleagues.Enable colleagues to respond with likes and comments (with the ability to disable this feature).Provide post-go-live support to address any issues or enhancements. As a successful MS Viva Consultant, you have: Proven experience in designing and deploying MS Viva Services, specifically Engage and Viva Pulse modules.Strong background in requirements gathering and needs definition.Customer stakeholder engagement skills.Familiarity with post-go-live support processes.
