In return we offer exciting, multinational environment and a great team as well as development opportunities.Check us out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i_i6kCNs7cwJob DescriptionWhat will you primarily do in this job:Defining, planning and conducting test automation PoCsProducing Automation Test Strategy - Responsible for to plan and manage the work necessary to perform and monitor automation testingDesign and create of low maintenance suite of stable re-usable automated tests, usable both within the Product or Domain and also across Domains and systems in an end to end capacityMust be able to take on leadership responsibilities and influence the direction of the automation effort, and its schedule and prioritizationShould be able to manage the priorities and being able to pick up the manual testing on need basis and lead the colleagues in such instancesDeploying and managing the appropriate testing framework to meet the testing mandateManage the daily/weekly activities of the Test Automation team members and support the onboarding of new team membersProvide technical guidance and expertise to team members, colleagues and/or customersMaintain and Guide Test Automation Suites Execution and undertake analysis of results to ensure that software meets or Exceeds specified standards and/or client and technical requirementsWork with project stakeholders to determine the appropriate quality initiatives to implement during System development life cyclesQualificationsWe are looking for someone who is experienced in: BDD framework test automations experience using Java Selenium, Mocha & Chai framework using Java script, TestNG, Jbehave and SerenityBug Detection & Tracking using Bugzilla, JIRA, Zephyr, On Time, MTM and TFS Creating Runscope journeys using Blazemeter API testing and other monitoring toolWriting Performance Test scripts using Karate & GatlingOur preferable candidate: Is creative & proactive thinker making use of current technologies to provide automation infrastructuresIs self-managed individual who can actively build the automation frameworksHas ability to evaluate the right automation tool and prepare detailed evaluation reportHas ability to conduct POCHas ability to produce Automation Test StrategyHas ability to produce Automation coding guidelinesHas ability to review and conduct code walkthroughsHas expertise in providing automation solutionsIs strong in designing and coding high efficiency tests for scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant applicationsShould be strong in re-usability and break-even analysis of the automation related areas What’s in it for youTesco is a diverse and exciting employer, dedicated to being #aplacetogeton, providing career-defining opportunities to all of our colleagues.
