Skills Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or other relevant fields; At least 4 years of experience working in TIBCO Software Development-focused roles, including cloud-hosted environments (private or hybrid); Must have a strong understanding of the design, development, and deployment TIBCO Enterprise Service Bus integration solutions; Experience with one or more of the following TIBCO technologies; Enterprise Message Service, Operational Intelligence Hawk RedTail, Cloud API Management, Integration / Integration-Connectivity (especially SAP ERP, SAP S4/HANA), BusinessWorks. One or more TIBCO certifications are highly desired, related to TIBCO technologies described above; Experience in mission-critical environments and projects (Energy, Telco) is a major plus. Daily main tasks Development, maintenance, and integration of software using TIBCO technologies in projects; Writing, modifying, integrating, testing, and documenting source code; Provide support to users, providing them with specialized technical expertise; Involvement in the analysis process together with the business analysts; Solving the problems assigned through the support portals in projects and ensuring proactive problem identification and solving (Problem Management); Adapting new requirements to existing applications, by standardizing interfaces according to defined flows; Ensuring consistency between programming results and functional and operational requirements of the solution, such as functional performance, compatibility, security, and compliance with standards; Organizing knowledge transfer workshops with users for the operation of new software components, and preparation of development reports, if necessary; Providing support for projects acceptance by customers; Ensuring Change Management in projects, on developed applications; Must understand the APIs for each integrated application and how TIBCO integration technologies interact with these applications.
