Project Information: Industry:  Life science/Healthcare Work model:  100% remote (3-4 times a year business trips to Copenhagen or Warsaw office) Assignment type:  B2B Start:  ASAP / 1 month notice period Project length:  12 months with extensions Project language:  English The position: Our new Software Engineers will become part of our Inner-sourcing team in our DevX Programme. This team is responsible for improving the overall developer experience (DevX). We are creating an Internal Developer Platform with a focus on self-service capabilities, inner-sourcing, reusable infrastructure components, and Golden Paths. Responsibilities : Designing, developing, and improving our Golden Paths to improve developer productivity. Collaborate with development teams to understand their requirements and provide guidance on building scalable, secure, and highly available software using Golden Paths. Implement and manage containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying and orchestrating applications in a cloud environment. Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging cloud technologies, evaluating their potential impact on our platform and making recommendations for adoption. Implement and manage an inner-souring platform including artifact management. Establish a platform for and help evangelize inner source concepts (Github Enterprise, Artifact Management). Write Golden Path tutorial, documentation, and “Zero to hero” guides for developers working both Windows and Macs. Qualifications and background You have an IT-related education, at BSc level or higher, and/or professional experience within Software Engineering, automation and cloud development. You have got hands on experience with backstage. You are passionate about automation and have experience in working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC). As a person you are motivated by challenging assignments, you absorb new knowledge quickly, and you are always open for developing new competencies. You have a good understanding of AWS or Azure cloud platforms and services. You preferably have experience with at least one IaC tool like AWS CDK, Azure Bicep, or Terraform Modules. You are experienced with at least one programming and one scripting language. Currently, we mainly support Python, TypeScript, PowerShell, and Bash Experience with or interest in learning languages for building developer tooling such as Go and Rust.
