Software Engineer in Sibiu

Your responsibilities- Model based software development for new and existing damper technology- Analysis and verification of system and software requirements in DOORS- Creating requirements and test plans for electronic components (control units and sensors) and software according to specifications- Testing, integrating and evaluating new technologies in prototypes and series projects- Design and monitoring of software integration tests and support during vehicle integration- Participation in project meetings with international and cross-divisional technical teams- Coordinating and participating in software design and code reviews- Documenting and archiving software program releases in accordance with quality and V-model- Support in the rollout of software development processes (e.g. Automotive SPICE)Your profile- You have a degree in E/E engineering, Mechanical engineering or others with strong software affinity, possibly with a focus on automotive engineering- You are fascinated about automotive mobility, electronics and software programming- You have first knowledge in model-based software development e.g. MATLAB/ Simulink, C, C++- Experience with Vector tools and Bus communication system (CAN, Flexray, Ethernet)- Knowledge in the Standards AUTOSAR, ISO 26262 and Automotive SPICE- Strong verbal and written communication skills, team culture- You have an independent structured working style and excellent communication skills within peers and in a multicultural environment- High flexibility and the willingness to learn in an environment with dynamic projects and technologies- You are willing to travel and you are interested to work in an international team- Work location will be Sibiu, Romania and the onboarding will include technical trainings-on-the-job in Germany
