Software Engineer Full Stack in Constanţa

We are currently expanding our technical team to support a pioneering client project within the electric vehicle charging sector. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and deployment of software solutions for our client's project. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:   Design, develop, and maintain full-stack software solutions Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design and QA to ensure successful delivery of projects Implement and maintain security and data protection measures Mentor and guide junior developers on the team   Qualifications:   At least 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, especially Angular Strong knowledge of back-end technologies especially Java, Kotlin and Spring Boot Strong knowledge of SQL- and No-SQL-Database technologies such es MySQL, MariaDB and MongoDB Strong knowledge of messaging systems and event streaming platforms such as RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka You'll be part of an international software development team, utilizing the Scrum framework for effective self-organization. This role situates you within a larger project encompassing over 10 development teams, all operating under the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Please note that the project requires quarterly on-site meetings for what is known as a PI (Program Increment) week. The PI week is a critical event in SAFe where teams gather to plan the next program increment. This week includes activities like reviewing the previous increment's achievements, setting objectives for the upcoming increment, and collaborative cross-team planning. It's an opportunity for team alignment, networking, and fostering a shared vision for the project's future direction. Travel expenses will of course be reimbursed separately.
