If you want to make a real difference in an international company with a strong focus on technology, then this position might be something for you! ✔️ About the role: We are looking for developers across three different business areas, GoFish, Fangstr and Dualog® Drive. You will be working as a developer using either C# and .NET for back-end and/or Angular/React/ASP.NET for the front-end. You will be using tools such as GitHub, Docker, Figma, Visual Studio (code) during your daily work. You will also deploy and test the software continuously using GitHub actions and Octopus Deploy. As a developer at Dualog, you will plan, design, implement and support applications through their life cycle. You will work in close cooperation with other members of the development team, designers and product management. The role is varied, and it provides great opportunities to learn new technologies while working on challenging projects in a demanding industry. You might work on: Building web applications using Angular/React/ASP.NET Core Razor/MVC.Implementing reusable UI components for our design systems.Building and designing APIs and services in .NET/C# using RESTful/gRPC/WebSockets/SignalR.Interfacing with databases and systems such as SQLite, MsSQL, ETCD, MQTT, Kafka, MongoDB, ElasticSearch.Integration with external systems such as Norwegian Fishing authorities, Microsoft Sharepoint, AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage.Collaborating closely with our QA department to iron out bugs, design flaws and performance issues. ⭐ An ideal candidate would: Care about building high-quality products and can work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.Have experience in building, running, and debugging modern (web) applications.Be able to identify and discuss areas of improvement for the product they’re working on.Have experience or knowledge with distributed systems and database systems.Have experience with at least a couple of object-oriented languages like C#, C++, TypeScript.The ability to work independently, as well as in a team.Be a confident English speaker (Level B2/C1 is a minimum).
