As a Software Engineer at Zeropark you will have an opportunity to work on a constantly evolving business domain that requires processing huge amounts of data and low latency responses. The platform aspires to microservices architecture and is 100% AWS hosted. Most of the backend code was created in Java, we use a large variety of technological solutions - from Spring & Netflix ecosystem ending on in-house time series database that is able to handle millions of requests per second. Responsibilities: Collaborating closely with Product and Business Teams to ensure products and services address real problems and meet customer requirements.Extending product with new features that meet our customers expectations with heavy use of AWS servicesCollaborating with external partners to provide new systems integrationsDesigning new features architecture with a special focus on scalability and maintainability Maintaining and monitoring platform (on call after 6 months, once per 9 weeks) Qualifications: Min 3-5 years of experience as a Software Engineer or similar roleExperience with Spring, Hibernate and Microservices ArchitectureEagerness to learn new technologiesA strong sense of independence, ownership, and initiativeCapable of working in a lean and informal way to deliver new functionalities quicklyOutstanding communication / interpersonal skillsFluent in English (both verbal and written)Positive, “can-do” attitude What we offer: Total compensation package comprised of base salary and variable pay (cash bonus and share options)Flexible working hoursPool of training daysGame room
