The Software Lifecycle Management Publisher Advisory team provides our customers with insights into their software spend and software compliance, supporting them to reduce costs, be prepared for software audits and getting the most out of their software licenses. The team is based in various European countries and supports customers and colleagues in local organizations across the globe. The team acts as the center of expertise for Oracle, SAP and IBM software licensing and is heavily focussed on contract and data analytics. We work in self-organized teams with high levels of autonomy whilst at the same ensuring we stay aligned and work towards the same goals. The role Software Licensing – Lead Consultant Are you a licensing specialist with solid knowledge about software licensing rules, compliance positions and software audits? Do you believe in providing value to customers and helping them avoid and save costs? Do you have good communication and presentation skills and want to be part of an international team? Then look no further and join us! You have at least 3 years of experience working as a software licensing consultant. You are the trusted advisor for your customers, helping them to optimize their software licensing position, negotiate the best possible deal with software publishers and prepare their defense strategy in case of an audit. You are the single point of contact for your customers from project kick-off to the end of an engagement. You ensure that the project team supporting you by analyzing contractual and usage data, has all the required data and is aware of the customers challenges and objectives. You are an excellent communicator who easily builds rapport but aren’t afraid to be firm and say no – in the nicest possible way. You manage expectations in a professional manner and keep track of all decisions, actions, and status of the engagement. Last but not least: you like to deliver a ‘wow’ with every engagement. What we need to see from you You have a bachelor degree or equivalent experience (business or IT) You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in software licensing You have solid knowledge of Oracle and/or SAP software and licensing contract terminology You have excellent communication and presentation skills You have good analytical skills and show the ability to think strategically You are eager to expand your knowledge and share what you know with colleagues You enjoy working in a team, but can work independently as well Fluent in English and having worked in international, English-speaking environments Being organized and structured comes natural to you We believe that people are the key to our success.
