Software Project Manager in Constanţa

Atlassian (regular) Confluence (advanced) We are looking for a skilled and experienced Software Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing medium-level software projects, using Confluence and ClickUp as their primary management platforms. Responsibilities:Lead and manage medium-level software development projects from initiation to completion, using project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, QA testers, and stakeholders, to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.Create and maintain project plans, including project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, using Confluence and ClickUp.Manage project risks and issues, and communicate with stakeholders to mitigate project roadblocks.Ensure project documentation, such as requirements, design documents, and project status reports, are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to the project team.Act as the primary point of contact for project communications and escalations and ensure stakeholders are kept informed of project progress. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in software project management, with a proven track record of managing medium-level software projects.Proficiency in using Confluence and ClickUp as project management tools.Experience working in an Agile environment and using project management methodologies such as Scrum and Waterfall.Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.Experience managing software development projects that involve web-based technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certification is a plus.
