The Solution Analyst works within the Global Solution Delivery scope and spends 80% of his time developing cost effective solutions for business demands related to Global IT systems, applications and Data. They will work on various road maps, standards and reference architectures either at the business domain level or the enterprise level. They will proactively and strategically support the Global Web Applications IT team to leverage cutting-edge technologies to differentiate the key business capabilities and improve overall customer experience/satisfaction as well as increase brand/products visibility and market penetration.
- Identify gaps within the O365 Governance model and work with the team in finding solutions.
- Work with both business teams and IT business facing groups in order to capture, the functional and business requirements.
- Provide early architecture assessment and recommendations solutions.
- Analyze functional and non-functional requirements, and translate them to reliable and cost effective solutions that would encompass all elements including: Application layers, Integration, data collection, BI, Infrastructure dependency and assess technical feasibility.
- Develop logical, conceptual and physical architectural models for the targeted solution.
- Lead design reviews to ensure compliance of the proposed detailed design by service providers or internal development teams.
- Provide strategies and solutions to automate business processes and IT infrastructure delivery.
- Initiate and deliver technology evaluations and recommendations with initiating POCs as needed. For example: process automation (RPA), employee collaboration portals (like SharePoint), document management systems, Cloud and SAAS systems that enable employees’ productivity.
Skills & experience
- Very deep knowledge on Microsoft Productivity Solutions.
- At least 6-8 years’ relevant work experience on creating solution architectures within SharePoint, or O365.
- Strong architecture skills and a clear track record of delivering excellent solution architectures.
- Very deep knowledge and significant experience on application development and integration
- Very good experience and knowledge in the following technologies:SharePoint On-Prem and Online(O365);SharePoint Migration; Migration Tools Metalogix, AvePoint, Sharegate, etc.);Power Automate and Flow;SPD and Nintex;JS, .NET;Web and Mobile technologies HTML5, JavaScript frameworks - Bootstrap, Angular, jQuery, React, SQL, C#, CSS, XSL/XML);IT Infrastructure and Business Process Automation;Azure Administration and Infrastructure.
- Enthusiastic team player, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
