About this opportunity The Sourcing Services Specialist - Supplier Lifecycle (Grad) shall support the Global Sourcing Organization with the registration, evaluation, information collection and maintenance, education and change of new & existing business partners across Ericsson’s tools & systems used for supplier management.  What you will do a. Offer support to global Sourcing Organization in the onboarding of new supplier entities into the Ericsson supplier-base by liaising with the representatives of such prospect entities (supplier contact persons, most frequent Sales persons), stakeholder (Strategic Sourcing Manager/Category Manager), and peer teams (Sourcing Compliance, Master Data Management teams) inside Ericsson Organization to timely collecting needed info, triggering the right assessments & checks and ensure tollgates in the process are passed. b. Offer support for active supplier evaluations, including but not limited to collection of feedback from internal Ericsson users concerning suppliers’ deliverables (products or services), inviting suppliers to respond to specific questionaries and follow up with them until completion. c. Manage creation, updates, and clean-up of supplier information across multiple systems used for sourcing related purpose most frequently Strategic Sourcing Suite and Master Data Management by entering data into these systems while observing regulations related to accuracy and integrity of that data.d. Test and provide feedback on system functionalities and enhancements as part of continuous improvement programs.The role will require to act as part of projects or even drive such projects independently. For example, The Sourcing Services Specialist - Supplier Lifecycle (Grad) would be required to liaise with stakeholders from request creation to completion, treating that as a project, explaining the stakeholders the identified solution for their request while providing updates to the Team Coordinator and/or Line Manager regarding the status of assigned support request and/or project.
