Main responsabilities: To acquire and respect the legislation in force regarding health and safety at work, the internal regulations, as well as their own rules specific to the workplace;Proposing the attributions and responsibilities in the field of safety and health at work, which belong to the workers, corresponding to the functions exercised, which are recorded in the job description, with the approval of the employer;Elaboration of the topic for all training phases, establishing the appropriate periodicity for each job, ensuring information and training of workers in the field of occupational safety and health and verifying the knowledge and application by workers of the information received;Evidence of high and specific risk areas;Establishing the areas that require safety and health signaling at work, establishing the type of signaling required and the location according to the provisions of the Government Decision no. 971/2006 on the minimum requirements for safety and / or health signs at work;The evidence of the trades and professions provided by the specific legislation, for which it is necessary to authorize their exercise;Evidence of jobs that require additional medical examinations;Evidence of workstations which, on the recommendation of the occupational physician, require periodic aptitude testing and / or psychological control;Monitoring the operation of protection systems and devices, measuring and control equipment, as well as ventilation or other installations for control of nuisances in the work environment;Ensures the identification of fire risks in the unit, justifying to the competent authorities that fire protection measures are correlated with the nature and level of risks, studies the fire hazard presented by manufacturing technologies, production and utility facilities, raw and auxiliary materials, semi-finished and finished products as well as psi measures specific to them and makes proposals for improvement;Guides and controls the specialized activity of drivers the sectors of activity when elaborating the fire protection instructions and establishing the tasks incumbent on the employees for each job;Executes technical fire prevention controls, verifying the observance of the fire prevention and extinguishing norms and the fulfillment of the fire protection measures established by the company's management;Prepares control documents on the occasion of the execution of controls;Maintains contact with the Fire Prevention Service within the Danube Braila Emergency Situations Inspectorate;Prepares and permanently updates, together with other specialists, the list of dangerous substances, classified according to the law, used in the company's activity in any form with mentions regarding: physico-chemical properties, identification codes, health and environmental risks , recommended means of protection, first aid methods, substances for extinguishing, neutralization or decontamination;Preparation of environmental management documentation;Elaboration of the monitoring program of environmental factors;Coordinating the training process in the field of environment;Elaboration of the internal Audit program;Monitoring and reporting on types of waste;Acts to reduce environmental risks;Manages used oils, used batteries and accumulators, waste electrical and electronic equipment;Acts to reduce the consumption of natural resources; * How to operate and request support in case of accidental pollution;Prepares the list of critical points, pollutant sheets, annual training program and responsibilities of the intervention team, as well as the list of units that provide support in case of accidental pollution;Will advise any employer to comply with the legislation in the field in order to avoid the payment of fines;Elaborates the technical documentation necessary to obtain regulatory acts in the field of environment and water management, including monitoring compliance with their provisions;At Yazaki, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for everyone regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, marital status, national origin, disability, handicap, veteran status, or other legally protected status or characteristic.
