Sr. Analyst Subscription Management Change Management in Bucuresti

This team engages with Customers, Channel Partners, and other PTC field resources to minimize churn and improve Customer Lifetime Value.The Subscription Management team is growing and evolving at a rapid pace to continue to support PTC’s evolution to a SaaS company and to optimize how PTC commercially engages customers at time of renewal. This role will partner with the VP, Subscription Management Strategy and Transformation and the Subscription Management leadership team to ensure that change management best practices are followed in order to successfully drive transformation.Day-To-Day:Design, develop, and implement change management strategies across the organization to ensure successful transformation of the renewals organization and processes while mitigating churn and driving renewals within the customer-baseApply change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the transformational changes including:Evolved mission and visionUpdated Renewals engagement and processesAssess the change impact and change readiness across the organization and key stakeholders to integrate the necessary change management activities into the project planDrives continuous and consistent cross functional alignment on strategy and goals by building a comprehensive communication plan:Maintain program communication plansDraft release announcements, process updates, FAQs and success storiesPublish content on our digital communications channels and coordinate communications distributionOrganize and facilitate All Hands and other eventsWork collaboratively with a variety of key stakeholders and partners across the organization to ensure alignment and consistency with broader strategic change effortsSupport organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilitiesDefine and measure success metrics and monitor change progressPreferred Skills and Knowledge:Strong business sense and ability to align change management approach to business needsHighly flexible, self-directed and adapts well to changeStrong organizational skills with ability to prioritize work, manage tasks and deadlines, and flex to business needsDetail-oriented and attention to accuracyExcellent written & verbal communication SkillsFast learner and open to feedbackExcellent interpersonal and listening skillsCan take direction from and support multiple team membersPreferred Experience:Experience maintaining communication plans, project plans and/or editorial calendarsPrevious experience supporting organizational change management initiativesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s preferred2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience: Marketing, Project Management, Program Management or Communications related#LI-DNIIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
