All our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries.Join us and Make an Impact.We have an opportunity for a Sr. Automation Engineer to join our HBT team in Lugoj.  Sr. Automation Engineer responsibilities: Management of automation projects built by external vendors, including conceptual work, equipment specifications, project management, factory acceptance testing, installation and commissioning / troubleshooting.Responsible for identifying and leading automation projects to increase production capacity and improve product quality• Identify potential process improvement projects, including designing and developing PLC programs to properly address them.Develops / reviews / maintains / updates related documentation, files, procedures, databases, drawings and schematics to ensure the integrity of equipment and process control technologies.Completes assigned work within agreed schedule and budget while maintaining a high level of quality.  Guides and trains the staff in the area, regarding the process control methodology to facilitate process improvement and control.Develops / modify training procedures and instructions as required for automation processes, including training of installation and maintenance personnel.Performs other duties assigned by the direct boss or company management, with the necessary training;Maintains and ensures that appropriate SOPs are followed for all projects including: equipment development process, product development process and process controls.Qualifications:Bachelor Degree – Technical StudiesVery good English5+ years of previous similar experienceMS Office, Strong Excel knowledgePLC Programming, AutoCAD, C++ We offer:Medical planBudget for flexible benefit scheme which can be used for travel, sports, dental scheme, and othersBusiness Travel Accident InsuranceVoluntary defined contributory pension planMeal allowanceA culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovationMarket specific training and on-going personal developmentIf this is your dream role, then we'd love to hear from you.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
