team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversityHoneywell Safety and Productivity Solutions is looking for aresult-driven and customer-oriented sales professional to join our EEM (Serbia,Greece, Israel, Balkan Countries) team as a Channel Account Manager.As a Sr. Channel Account Manager, in Bucharest, Romania, youwill be responsible for maximizing the use of our products and servicesportfolio, minimizing dependency from specific products or opportunities,ensuring a sustainable growth, as well as articulating a healthy margin, whileestablishing long term business relationship with a channel partner. Next tothe channel management being the primary focus, this role involves alsoend-user engagement while supporting partners in their sales endeavors.The role will involve travel, occasional evenings away fromhome. It will report to our EEM Channel Sales Manager and carry sales targetsand quarterly objectives.Our Safety andproductivity solutions helps create faster, more seamless, agile, and efficientsupply chains, better protect human health, improve worker safety, and helpmeet sustainability goals by leveraging connectivity, advanced data analytics,software, robotics, sensors, advanced materials and integrated human andautomated systems.Helpingorganizations become more connected to make our world smarter, safer, and moresustainable.To find out moreabout Honeywell Safety and Productivity solutions, please visit:us/en/products/productivityKey responsibilitiesTo develop account plans for existing and new channel partners, in line with regional channel strategy, and execute the objectivesTo create a business plan for each strategic end customer to align on strategies, objectives, and customer priorities for the yearTo establish long term business relationships with channel partner executives and end customer executivesTo work closely with channel partners regarding sales opportunities, including qualification and development of joint strategies and engagement with the end userFocus on cross-selling and up-selling tactics in each strategic account and drive the same behavior with channel partnersTo train and develop channel partners in relation to our product lines and sales methodologiesTo ensure achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets and management-based objectivesTo be accountable for pipeline management, forecasting and delivering revenue and solutions consumption targets on partner led opportunities; Track and monitor all KPIs and metrics in the CRMKey skills and qualificationsSuccessful track of record in sales and channel management from IT sector (Printing/Auto ID/Supply Chain sector is a plus) and understanding of a good channel structureStrong sales management skills including thorough knowledge of the sales process and strategic techniques to achieve objectivesExperience in working for a global organizationStrong planning and organizational skillsProblem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partnersFluency English in both speaking and writing.Equal opportunity statementWeare an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
