Responsibilities: ·Records all customer interactions into a CRM ·Maintains acceptable call evaluation requirement, KPIs & VOC ·Actively participates in departmental activities and initiatives including self help ·Provides coverage for Technical Support Helpdesk phone & e-mail.Key skills and qualifications: ·High School Diploma, or equivalent.
