Are you ready to help us make the future?We have an opportunity for a Sr Customer Experience Specialist to join our Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions team in Bucharest. Responsible for administration of service contracts (new and existing) in order to maintain the right level of performance and support internal and external customers. Making sure all queries are dealt with on time (respecting the agreed SLA). Process and bill accordingly all orders received.
