Sr Customer Marketing Specialist in Bucuresti

Responsibilities: ·Work collaboratively with the Aerospace Strategic Business Units (SBUs) Customer marketing teams to identify those tradeshows and events which will offer a meaningful return on investment, and measure positive outcomes from them, as appropriate·Support on-site and remote execution, including planning, construction, outfitting, logistics, Labor, lead generation/tracking strategies, hotel, food & beverage, show transportation, Executive support, etc.·Manage vendors to support the tradeshow execution·Work internally with key stakeholders in product management, sales and customer marketing to develop unique requirements for each tradeshow/event and execute against those requirements·An ambassador -- and key protector -- of our brand in all work, including acting as a reviewer /approver of content shown at the tradeshow/event.·Project management each event through the appropriate project management software and tools.·Develop clear project plans for each tradeshow/event and lead the planning and coordination teams to execute each event·Effectively manage the budget for each tradeshow/event·Be the primary point of contact for the business from customer marketing before, during and after the tradeshow/event·Work closely with other digital marketing, brand, creative, event, social and campaign marketers ·50%+ travel Qualifications: ·Degree in Project Management, Marketing or similar certified education ·4+ years of experience in project and/or event management ·Strong organizational and project management skills ·Comfort in operating across international borders, diplomatic capability to successfully interface with International cultures ·Ability to collaborate with internal finance and sourcing teams, and with outsourced ·Vendors and suppliers ·Experience in requisition and purchasing processes. ·Proficiency in Excel, contracting, reconciliation and the development of analytics. ·The ability to meet deadlines, work under demanding conditions and problem solve in times of crisis with a sense of urgency, passion…while having fun!We offer:·A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovation·Market specific training and on-going personal development·Career growth opportunities·Experienced leaders to support your professional development·Dynamic and international work environmentIf this is your dream role, then we'd love to hear from you.
