Connect to the future. Country: Romania (RO) City: Braila Worksite / Location: Braila Job Function: Engineering Job Discipline: General Engineering Job Family: Engineering Establish corrective and preventive actions to assure the requirements of the client and follow their implementation by all departments.Permanently keep the contact (by e-mail, telephone)with CSC on the aspects / problems regarding the product.Coordination and control of the department activity in order to assure the success of the projects :analyse the output from other departments , feedback and take action in order to solve the problems. Create and implement written rules and procedures. Find and use window persons from other Yazaki affiliates (establish connections with the other existing departments).Organize the production preparation and find solutions to solve the problems in order to achieve successful results of each project.Implement rules regarding production preparation and evaluate the course of production. Prepare all the documents to send to the customer or to YEL.Propose improvements: productivity improvements, quality improvements.Defines department objectives and assures the implementation Defines training needs for subordinated personnel and evaluates the performance of subordinated personnelDefines needed department budget and head count needs.Implement Program Management procedures, starting with YPMS. Interpretation of the technical drawings and technical data of the products BOM creation; Implementation of technical changes and requirements from customers according to procedure (ECR, ECO, ECI); Discuss about Engineering changes and ME/Project related deviations by the production with customer or customer representative; Inform and follow-up new products related to production and inform the Production Department of the required changes.
