Come join a thriving team where you can play an integral role in shaping the future of entertainment technology.About the role:Position: Sr. Program ManagerLocation: Europe [Bucharest, Brasov, Galway, Limerick]As a Senior Program Manager for DTS AutoSense team, you will be accountable with planning, execution & control of leadership team activities as well as quality management team activities.Reporting directly to the head of the products line, you will work with leadership team, and drive strategic management goals.What you will get to do: Manage strategic initiatives and programs that operate across different functions to ensure that all deliverables are in accordance with the plan. Facilitate business initiatives & operations which require management team support Ensure that executive level status information is kept up to date & proactively communicated Issue status summary materials and present to management on a regular basis Proactively anticipate problems, build risk mitigation, drive issues to resolution, escalate as appropriate Drive & monitor specific projects and activities derived from the quality management system Keep all information relevant at the department level up to date & available Collaborate with the PMO for definition & implementation of best practicesWho we are looking for:Must have: Experience with agile development and agile program management Diverse background managing projects, programs for a broad range of business functions Experience configuring & utilizing management, planning & brainstorming tools (Atlassian tools, Microsoft tools, Miro, etc) Ability to present to all position levels, from individual contributors to executives PMI (eg PfMP, PgMP, PMP) and SAFe (eg: LPM, PO, SM) certification preferredWhat will make you successful: Ability to work independently to achieve goals established in a team environment Strong coaching, and mentoring skills, can be a role model for others Exceptional written and verbal communication & presentation skills Excellent organizational skillsLife @ Xperi:At Xperi, we value People, Customers, Performance and Innovation.
