Job Description Key Responsibilities: • Project Management: Oversee and manage PV projects of varying sizes: • Small Projects: Up to 1 million euros, 1 MW. • Medium Projects: 1-10 million euros, 1-15 MW. • Large Projects: Over 10 million euros, more than 15 MW. • Project Lifecycle Oversight: Manage all phases of the project, including design, commissioning, and operation, ensuring seamless integration and execution. • Team Coordination: Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders. • Budget and Timeline Management: Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring that all project goals are met efficiently. • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet industry standards and are compliant with relevant regulations. • Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. • Experience in large renewable projects, including high-voltage stations (electrical, civil engineering). End-to-end project coordination of signed projects. • May be dedicated solely to the renewable area, or if lacking experience, will be assigned to stations. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. • Experience: Proven experience in managing both small and large-scale renewable projects, particularly in photovoltaic systems. • Skills: • Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Proficiency in project management tools and software. • Excellent communication and client management skills. • Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing project requirements. Day trips involve travelling for distances greater than 5 km from the locality where the company is headquartered and for more than 12 hours; * Daily allowance type B – The daily allowance granted is 150 RON for trips longer than one day.
