Sell Core Team is responsible for developing Zendesk Sell - a Sales Automation Software, internally leveraging microservices architecture. As a Senior Software Engineer in the Sell Core Team you will contribute and lead initiatives that will improve quality of the product with focus on optimizing existing components, tuning performance, solving issues reported by customers and eliminating work through automation. What is required from you?Proven experience in backend development in Java with proficiency in OOP and design patterns (at least three years)Demonstrated experience designing data-intensive distributed systems leveraging microservices architecture communicating using HTTP / REST APIs and queuing systems such as RabbitMQ or KafkaStrong knowledge of relational database systems, and experience with non-relational data stores, i.e. ElasticSearchEmpathy and strong communication skills. You can explain your views well to others and just as important, listen actively to others.
