Sr. Specialists Demand Planning for EEI cluster in Bucuresti

Job DescriptionThe positionResponsibilitiesCreating a 36 months forecast plan for the dedicated markets within EEI cluster in coordination with COESupporting the monthly Integrated Business Planning process (IBP) to achieve a 36-month consensus plan in the marketCollecting business intelligence from Market stakeholders in the 36 months’ timeframeDriving the dialogue each month with local commercial, Finance and Regulatory affairs stakeholders Demand Fulfillment Planners to meet service level objectives with optimum inventory policyIdentify gaps between financial plans and demand plans and resolve where neededEnsuring integrity of metrics to drive value to customerMonitoring of targets and drive performance improvement for Forecast Error (Lag 2 bias; R3M error, service level)Maintenance of Business Value Segmentation and other parametersSupporting the demand aspect for product launches, new product introduction / deletion governanceWorking with market multifunctional team to finalize product segmentation and closely with GDMs on strategic initiativesProviding demand input to Distribution & Logistics for the inventory optimization processCoordinate the cross-departmental cooperation process to enable timely supply to ensure uninterrupted delivery in the markets.Required Education, Experience, and Skills   ​Bachelor of Science – preferably Supply Chain or related disciplineAPICS CPIM or CSCP and / or Six Sigma certification is an advantageMinimum 3 solid years Demand Planning expertise, preferably in pharmaceutical environment Highly organized profile with customer focus, proactive and problem-solving mindsetExcellent English (both written and verbal) and strong presentation skills with ability to effectively speak with senior managementTeam player that is also capable of working independently and deal with pressureFlexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environmentPreferred Education, Experience, and SkillsSAP, Rapid Response, Qlik sense and Microsoft Office expertise (with strong Excel skills) are preferredSecondary Job DescriptionWho We Are: Organon delivers ingenious health solutions that enable people to live their best lives.
