You will have site responsibility for driving competitive commodity and category supply strategies to achieve lowest Total Cost for your site, reduced Working capital via Negotiation planning and execution, High Growth Region Sourcing, Value Engineering and Sole/ Single Source elimination. You will manage Supplier Performance to support your commodity/category and/or region and ensure supply continuity. You will be managing several projects in dynamic environment. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export /Import regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesPOC for Project Direct Material business for all Procurement related questions and challengesProvides and execute Procurement leadership, expertise, and best value solutions to the organization Coordinate and collaborate directly with internal functions to create policy, process, and implement appropriate tools for architecting, modeling, and designing a Supply Chain Management infrastructure to continuously assess, mitigate, and minimize disruptions.Lead interviews key vendor personnel, to gain additional insight. Identify areas of potential exposure, and/or clarify response to completed questionnairesWorks directly with suppliers to assist them in effectively managing operations, identify gaps and potential areas of business disruptions. Lead and drive constraint reviews Proactive elimination of risks / issues that causes Material Disruptions (Line Downs)Monitor, manage, enhance and improve buying metrics, procedures and team governance to ensure business continuityEstablishes, develops, implements key metrics, and standardized reporting to enable continuous monitoring against business goalsAddress supply constraints i.e., capacity, engineering, material and labor, end of lifePredictive identification of new supplier prices - PO management on new price cut-ins and respective open. Management of supplier price increases, early mitigation, escalations, and approvals.
