Objective The role actively supports VAT HR as HR Process Owner SAP SuccessFactors and shape the future of the company. Beside of managing exciting projects, the role supports the smooth operations of SuccessFactors HR modules, with a key focus on various modules (Succession & Development, Compensation, Performance & Goals), including the handling of day-to-day operational issues and change requests for system enhancements. Responsibilities Planning and monitoring the HR processes and overall processes of the VAT Group as well as the integration of the associated quality, compliance and risk management aspects. Uses and updates SAP SuccessFactors HR modules in support of functional processes and procedures. Recommends changes to system functionality and supports systems implementation/upgrade in area of functional responsibility Documenting HR processes and procedures in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure clarity, consistency and compliance with relevant regulations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates on HR initiatives and solicit feedback on process improvements. Provide support and training to HR departments across the organization. Works with the HR Services team to optimize support for the relevant processes and monitors service delivery. Proactively supports the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS solutions/services, SuccessFactors, FUSE learning. Identify needs and requests of the Group and designs the customized HR reports and analyses. Ensures VAT further improves HR function by optimally defining HR processes and related digital systems. Serves as liaison between HR and other departments, teams, and external vendors. REQUIREMENTS At least 5 years of working experience in IT related fields, of which minimum 2 years on SAP SuccessFactors HR modules Bachelor Degree, preferably with a focus on information technology Understanding on HR processes, business needs and requirements and how to translate them to functional and technical solutions Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Good interpersonal skills and communications skills Proven project management skills Proficient in English Interested?
