SME support also covers other areas of Technology such as Cloud, Products and Platforms and Innovation Labs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Generic ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the Global Services Legal areas, strategy, and objectives.Understand relevant company policies.Enhance subject-matter expertise in the concerned support area.Act as a POC (and potentially an escalation point) for the support area.Understand and suggest process improvements in the support area.Support LTO/CIO in development of new tools or enhancement of existing onesDrafting checklists and process documents.Directly liaison with internal stakeholders on various issues.Manage SharePoint and communication records.Identify and drive any specific trainings for the team.Support implementation of new initiatives in Global Services Legal support area or within Legal/GLNBuild credible and effective relationships with onshore counsels and within GLN teamDrive recruitment efforts for the teamSupervise resources, and at the same time assist your GLN Team Lead in people management, as required.Provide coaching and mentoring to junior members of the teamProvide individuals with positive and developmental feedback.Drive Talent Discussions for any assigned team member.Try to ‘give back’ to GLN/Legal.Specific Responsibilities aligned to RoleSupport the business in conducting legal assessments of newly developed assets and software solutions and preparing those solutions for market.Provide responsive and strategic SME guidance to business and legal teams in support of Accenture Technology, Asset & Solutions Initiatives, including development of new processes, tools and efficiencies to drive legal assessments and contractual structuring for assets & solutions.Collaborate with colleagues across Legal to identify legal and regulatory risks on newly developed and existing assets & solutions and be proactive on developing mitigation strategies.Draft, review and assist contracting professionals (in an SME capacity) in negotiating medium/high complexity agreements and documents including but not limited to Software-as-a-Service Agreements, Software License Agreements, renewals, amendments, Open Source Software License Agreements, and SOWs, among others.Be proactive and be able to independently address complex legal issues arising from the activities above, consulting with other legal teams and SMEs as necessary.
