Strategic Plan Specialist II in Bucuresti

Responsibilities: 1. Conduct data analytics and modeling to support strategic planning initiatives, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business performance evaluation. 2. Collaborate with the Director of Market Intelligence and other stakeholders to develop and refine the company's strategic planning framework and processes. 3. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making. 4. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives and support budgeting and resource allocation processes. 5. Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate the potential outcomes and risks associated with different strategic options. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, to gather data and insights for strategic planning activities. 7. Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, effectively communicating complex analytical concepts in a clear and concise manner. 8. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and identify areas for improvement. 9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and strategic planning, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the organization's analytical capabilities. 10. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 2. Proven experience in data analytics, financial modeling, and strategic planning, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. 4. Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, such as statistical analysis, data visualization, and financial modeling. 5. Experience with financial modeling and forecasting, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing. 6. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategic recommendations. 7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 9. Experience in the industrial automation or technology industry is a plus. 10.
