These activities include:Your major day-to-day activities:Is responsible for growing the business and increase profitability on Easy&Guided Segment.Works closely with Product Specialists and other key internal stakeholders to design complex products and services solutions that meet the customer's needs.Does and approves Business cases, New pricing and Pricing reviews for all productsWorks alongside Product Specialists to support the launch of banking productsSenior Mandate Approval for all allocated clients on CDD flow.Designs approves and implement in the network the remuneration schemes for Offices.Implements and monitor sales campaigns (for offices or for clients).Support Marketing strategy and makes sure the actions are compliant with the strategy.Develops and implements strategic partnerships with third parties.Keeps in touch with E&G Coordinators and Offices network in order to provide relevant feedback for HO projectsWhat you bring to the team:Graduate of Economic University;At least 3 years of experience in banking – HO positions are preferable in business and strategy areas;Strong computer knowledge – MS Office – MS Excel is a must, Data oriented is a +Team player and able to work collaboratively with various internal counterparties;Very good written and verbal communications skills in English;Organized, analytical mind and detail oriented;Performance driven, open for continuous learning and challenging the status-quo.
