Studio Manager Workster is collaborating with a leading B2B solution provider to recruit a Studio Manager for their gaming studios located in Bucharest, Romania. Your Role Supervise and manage daily operations within an assigned area, ensuring efficient performance while providing guidance and support to team leaders. Design and implement strategies to enhance operational workflows and processes. Inspire, lead, and mentor teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Oversee project planning and execution to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Uphold high standards of quality across teams, processes, and initiatives to deliver outstanding results. Monitor and assess team performance using key metrics and KPIs, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization. Coordinate with other departments to align efforts and drive business objectives. Encourage a culture of efficiency, compliance, and adaptability, ensuring all operations align with company goals. Requirements Your Qualifications Proficiency in English at a native or fluent level (C1), both written and spoken. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience through education, training, and relevant roles. A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in management positions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proven leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing teams. Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience in the gaming or entertainment sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
