Subject Matter Expert Order to Bill (APAC/MEA) - Manager - English in Bucuresti

Responsibilities Represent the GPO in all areas of the Order to Cash Business Work closely with Business Stakeholders and other regional operating Leaders to deliver Optimization of processes and lead to a standard way of working. Own the Order to Bill content for the Global Playbook including Updates, ensuring that all the processes and subprocesses are properly captured and maintained. Act as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for all Service improvement initiatives (People, Process &Technology) for the O2B Tower. Perform process and business analysis, identify gaps and propose opportunities for improvement with a view for continual improvement with Metrics and Dashboards in place. Relationship management to drive improvements and changes through to production in a timely manner Provide support to both operations and Service Line SME teams Support the creation of training material and adoption thereof. Work with Business Stakeholders to develop the KPIs and metrics for the activities in Order to Bill Assist Digital Team with building of related Reports and Dashboards requirements Ensure O2B Data Quality is at a level which meets KPI’s and Objectives Ensure Data Integrity in all Tier 1 Systems that are Orders based. SAP/ITSM/Manage Centre Help Define OLA’s/SLA’s and ensure team is meeting these agreements Support the roll out of new enhancements from NTT under the O2B umbrella Works with other GPO’s and Tower SME;s to identify service improvements end to end and innovation opportunities within the Tower Supports and works to develop roadmap along with SME stakeholders and to expand scope if necessary and applicable to include additional processes and business units. Tactfully manages all escalation, if any, and provides consistent improvements towards optimization that ultimately delivers better quality of service at a more efficient cost. Leadership Support: Actively communicates and manages change within O2B and across business partners, working alongside other Operational and Service line SMEs and Regional Operating Leads. Build and maintain productive relationships by collaborating across (countries, affiliates), building trust, commitment, accountability and results with all clients Point of Process and Platform escalation from Team Leads and prior to involvement of senior leadership. Supports the Management Team to identify opportunities for any O2B management process improvement. Works with the GPO in creating a change management process to build organizational understanding of proposed changes, establish support from key leadership stakeholders, and effectively implement new deployment and job models. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications: Relevant work years’ experience in the area of BPM/RTR domain BPM / Master data process knowledge (must have) Accounting knowledge (must have) Reporting experience (financial) (nice to have) Business process design and modelling techniques and tools Knowledge on other finance processes like AP, AR (nice to have) Strong SAP experience (FI module – bit of CO and Ce-Fin nice to have) - operational experience (must have) Understanding SAP data fields (document type, posting keys, tax codes, GL master data (and settings) , financial statement version,..) and the impact of those (good understanding) SAP implementation experience (nice to have) You hold a relevant degree and have extensive experience (5years plus) of experience in a related environment You have strong influencing skills and build rapport easily, able to influence a range of internal and external, technical and non-technical stakeholders You have the ability to operate both at the strategic and, where required, detailed level. You have a strong level of general business acumen, and think conceptually, identify and address future challenges and opportunities, often in an ambiguous environment You are a self-starter and have an affinity for technology’s ability to drive efficiencies and enhance service delivery.
