The company announced that expand margins and convert to a subscription business model.Your day-to-day:Achieve assigned revenue target by converting PTC support customers to subscription- Be the leader of subscription conversions for the PTC FRABEN Region- Provide leadership to a cross-functional conversions team (sales, operations, marketing)- Significantly extend the existing relationships with support customers who are potential subscription-Drive and manage the entire sales cycle – from identifying the right opportunities and building a value proposition to negotiating through close- Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential conversion customers-The Regional expert for positioning conversions in front of indirect customers- Help Partners understand the value and benefit of selling subscription conversions- Provide suggestions to ensure continued improvement of the conversions sales process- Work with marketing and sales to identify outbound campaigns that increase subscription conversion program awareness and opportunities.Must-have skills:- Results and customer oriented - Integrity- Prior experience with Sales and Salesforce- Problem solving- Resilience- Excellent oral and written communication skills, both English and Romanian required.
