Supplier Contract Specialist in Târgu Mureş

Responsibilities * Global admin and champion user in the Contract Lifecycle Management platform for supplier contracts (data entry, contract creation, management of request, adding users, profiles, level 2 support specialist, liaison with level 3 support with the supplier)* Training the key users for the contract management tool* Arrange regular meetings to review supplier contracting process as part of the procurement processes, initiatives, and actions on supplier contracts management, share best practices, identify, and document improvement opportunities, etc.* Work with stakeholders to adhere to the frameworks, policies, and procedures to minimize risks, promote sustainable outcomes, and reduce costs while engaging in a supplier contract* Participate in sourcing activities to support contract authoring, contract negotiation, and engagement with suppliers to discuss and promote the company contract specifics* Managing supplier contracts in accordance with company policies* Preparing and negotiating the terms and conditions for supplier contracts per category specific and ensuring supplier contract templates and related documentation are up to date* Determine appropriate supplier contract documentation, negotiate specific T&C and KPIs supporting company policies; engage with Endava legal team, Compliance, Security, and ESG global team, extract key contract information and define and create reporting and analysis in contract management tool* Upon nomination, this role may require acting as an approver for various steps in the supplier contracting process* Handle incoming requests and inquiries to the Workplace and Procurement global team* Availability for travel up to 30% Qualifications and Experience * The ideal candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a legal educational background* Excellent technical skills with knowledge of MS Office package* General experience with procurement contracts, supply chain function, and sound legal acumen or legal background* Ideally 4-6 years' experience in contract management, contract review and negotiation, and/or in a procurement role or supply chain function* Previous experience working with Oracle, Microsoft, or similar ERP and software for contract management and contract approval* Experience in handling complex data sheets and good analytical and numeracy skills* Experience in identifying and delivering process improvement projects in a complex operating global environment* Knowledge and general understanding of ISO 14001.* Fluent in English * Understanding of the procurement processes, industry-specific, supply contract governance* Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate assertively with internal stakeholders in writing and in person and with a wide range of external contacts* Strong knowledge and use of contract management tools and applications* Acts with integrity and upholds all Endava’s values - a team player, who can work in collaboration and is enthusiastic and supportive Additional Information BENEFITS: * Relevant job training sessions to support your onboarding and ongoing career and skillset development (including support in obtaining qualifications)* Opportunity to be part of a team where we are open, supportive and celebrate personal achievements* Visibility to the Headquarters, as part of a Group team and central function* Competitive salary package* Private Medical Insurance* Meal tickets* Sport allowance* Robust benefits package (Bonuses, Discounts, and Stock Options)* Diverse activities with a high international share and a wide range of topics* Ongoing learning opportunities – complex projects, training, coaching, conferences, workshops, certifications, online learning platforms, subscriptions, etc.* Flexible working hours and hybrid work model* Diverse company social life - events, sports tournaments, team buildings, passion groups (e.g. hiking, book club, green team)* Multicultural environment - working with colleagues and clients across different countries
