Get ready to work #LikeABosch!Your main task is the independent planning and implementation of supplier development projects in BBM purchasing using common planning methods. You are welcome to expand your spectrum with other lean tools and special tasks, such as the further development of a training module.Responsibilities:Independent planning and implementation of development projects at suppliersIdentifying potentials for improvement, supporting implementation and increasing the competitiveness of our suppliersConnecting project experience and continuous improvement based on acquired data and Industry 4.0 solutions.Contact person for topics of "Value Stream" improvement and employee empowerment at suppliersContact person for suppliers and our internal customers at different hierarchical levelsWork in international teams depending on the online/offline situationEducation: Completed degree in a technical/economical direction ( engineering/ industrial engineering with focus on production, manufacturing, logistics, lean area, etc.)Proven experience in project managementExperience with Lean methods - 5S, TPM, QCO, Pull, System-CIP, etc.Previous experience in the field of supplier quality/lean production is an advantageLanguages: You are fluent in spoken and written English, another European foreign language is an advantage.Information technology: You are familiar with Office 365 and are not afraid to try new things.
