You will be reporting to the PlantManager, and have direct ownership of the purchasing, planning, scheduling,logistics, transportation, and warehouse / inventory management, and act as a Leaderand process owner in the area of end‐to-end Supply Chain. Your future role: Lead and develop the SCM activities (Purchasing, Warehouse, Material Planning, Production Planning, and Transport) Develop and standardize procedures, KPIs and reporting for SCM Drive contract negotiations with suppliers Manage supplier non-performances and claims Ensure customer and suppliers on time deliveries, and quality Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production Management of manufacturing production plan, and shipments to customers Management of material flow, by setting best business practices in internal logistics within the company Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on delivery schedule Manage inventory levels against agreed target levels and make stock optimizations Report regular statistical reports and analysis as requested Establish and accomplish yearly cost reduction goals base on product category and/or commodity.What you bring: University degree within Supply Chain Management, Logistic, IT, Engineering +5 years of experience in a similar role SAP advance level MS Excel advance level Leader acting as a Role Model, and having a Team-player mindset Thorough understanding and work experience within Supply Chain Management operational concepts regarding production planning, inventory control, logistics, stock management, shipping/receiving, scheduling, purchasing, and supplier selection Good negotiation skills, with experience in global sourcing.
