This is a place to make a difference in the world. The Role & What You Will Be Doing Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Supply Chain Manager role will make an impact: Provide planning, procurement, logistics, and oversight for all assigned products (drug product, finished goods, etc.)Review open Purchase Orders and production schedule with vendors to ensure the requested delivery is met; monitor shipment schedules and provide actions to mitigate riskEstablish strong working relationships with tolling sites to attain optimal levels of production outputSupply assurance — monitor and track supply outlook including supply issues resolution Inventory management and deploymentParticipate and collaborate closely within the Virtual Site Operation team (VSOT) on supply/demand changes, pricing changes, vendor/customer issue resolution, contractual issues, allocations etc.Develop and update a rolling 24-month master schedule based on demand forecasts, available capacity, inventory policies and regulatory requirementsThrough collaboration with key stakeholder, accountable for driving continuous improvements in supply chain processes, establishing meeting performance objectives and operational changes.For new launch sku's: monitor and coordinate all activities necessary to achieve timely launch, e.g., artwork initiation, artwork approval, regulatory approval About Your Skills & Experience For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: Minimum Bachelors’ degree (Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain management, Trade or Management) or equivalent experienceMinimum 2 years working experience in a Supply Chain environment; preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in Materials Management and alignment with Sales, Marketing and Finance is an added valueExcellent understanding and experience with production planning and inventory management optimization strategies (APICS certification preferred)Experience in projects that require collaborative approaches and in work in a complex matrix organizationUnderstanding of pharmaceutical industry commercial dynamicsKnowledge and understanding of planning tools and related reporting tools (SAP, RapidResponse, BI Tools)Strong skills in MS Office® Suite, especially Excel, are required.
