About the role: As a Support Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team working for the Ciklum Client. About the Project: Ciklum Support Center delivers efficient and timely customer and technical support. We can either support the efforts of the existing in-house team or provide a complete turnkey support solution. Ciklum’s support personnel serve the customers in a friendly and professional manner: we respond to customer queries and resolve issues quickly. We're looking for a service-oriented Support Specialist with good command of English language and communication to join the Ciklum Support Center. Our Support Center’s goal is to provide customers with a top-class assistance. The main idea is to control 3rd party Apps and Integration. Our Client streamlines app review, continuously monitors apps, and reduces the risks involved in third-party access to your data. Responsibilities: Provide day to day user supportReview the 3rd party applications from the client's environmentsCollect information on applications and their publisher using online sources and web intelligenceBe responsible for applications and publishers verification to ensure their authenticityBe responsible for the quality of service and performance Requirements: Ability to analyze and think creatively when approaching issuesStructuring, visualizing and analyzing web-based information (WEBINT/OSINT)Excellent problem-solving skillsExcellent Google sheets skillsUpper Intermediate level of English, including verbal and written communication skillsBe attentive and well organizedCloud/SaaS/Application security background will be a plus What's in it for you?
