About the role: As a Support Engineer, you will be a part of the Support Team, which works closely with the Engineering Team. You will be interfacing with the other side of the business to diagnose issues. As a team, we work on daily alerts and provide constant support. What you will take on: Working with daily reports with alerts;Defining and diagnosing software and server issues;Resolving bugs;Monitoring and maintaining the application;Escalating issues that are out of scope;Cooperating with the Engineering Team to provide solutions to the users;Staying in touch with users via e-mail, dedicated Slack channels, and JIRA. What you already have: Experience in JavaScript, Relational or Non-Relational Databases;1-2 years of programming experience;Understanding of Rest API;Willingness to learn;Ability to communicate with ease and clarity. Nice to have: Experience in clouds (AWS);Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other IT-related studies;Contribution to an open-source project. Please mind, that job requires working hours adjusted to US Eastern Time. This means the start time would be 15:30, providing support until 23:30.
