We are a diverse mix with professionals in different levels of seniority that support our backend infrastructure and the related components. In our current evolution we are transforming into a state of the art IT Infrastructure and are looking for the right talent to help us in our journey.Your new roleInvolved in all global and local projects as design-authorityAs part of the global role, work with peers and central team to improve global services and processesAttend and provide support for IT and security auditsWork on improvement plans, recommendations and observations as outcome of auditsEnsure standards and policy requirements are implemented properly on site to secure certificationsDefine technology standards, building blocks and reference architecturesCo-drive improvements within architecture community & governance.What you will need to succeedA university degree with IT orientation5+ years of relevant IT experience in designing and deploying enterprise level IT infrastructure solutions within multinational organizationsStructured, analytical and logical mindset.Familiarity with typical IT/architecture frameworks (ITIL / COBIT / TOGAF)Solid experience in the field of technical documentation and the ability to present complex interrelationships in an easy and understandable way.Constant desire to improve the status quo, to learn about and discover new things.Experience with acting between business & IT service organization, being persuasive when required.Experience with Virtual Machines (Windows/Linux)Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes/Ranger)Experience with storage and backup solutions (Simplivity/Cohesity)Competencies that make you of value even moreCollaborative team player Experience with acting between business & IT service organization, being persuasive when requiredThis position gives you the opportunity toBe part of the startup of a dynamic team which is leading NXP on a digital transformation journeyBecome an ambassador for the agile and DevOps way of working within the global NXP organizationA lot of room for new ideas and innovationContinuous development of yourself and the team with coaching and a supportive environment.
