System Owner The Accountable System Owner is accountable for the availability and the validated state of the application as well as for the operation of the application in accordance with the Bayer regulation for GxP, information security, ICS, authorization and Data Privacy. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Accountable for the availability of the IT asset as requested by the respective Business Owner as well as appropriate handling of incidents,Accountable for the implementation of all requirements within the IT asset as requested by the respective Business Owner (implementation of legal, regulatory, protection, security, retention and archiving requirements including superordinate requirements of platforms/ products),Accountable for the implementation of access rights and controls as requested by the respective Business Owner of the IT asset,Accountable for the technical data integrity of the information that is processed within the IT asset,Accountable for the IT-related effectiveness and performance of the IT asset,Accountable for ensuring adequate segregation of duties to ensure that no one single person can independently make a change and deploy the change to the production environment,Accountable for ensuring compliance regarding GxP, information security, ICS, authorization and Data Privacy according Bayer regulations depending from the scope of an IT asset,Provide comprehensive expert knowledge and guidance in the area of IT compliance to the responsible IT Service Provider,Evaluation of provided services of the IT Service Provider and definition of mitigations if applicable,Consultancy of the IT Service Provider during opration of an application.Key Working Relation:Close collaboration with responsible Digital Leads and ITPlatform representativesClose collaboration with the Global Process Owner´s and Manager´s, QA functionClose collaboration with System Owner (Responsible) and Application Manager on IT Service Provider side (e.g. Capgemini, TCS) WHO YOU ARE: University degree, preferably in informatics, natural science or comparable education)Minimum of 5year experience in development and application management and/or support of IT systems and applications in a global EnvironmentKnowledge and expertise in the compliance area´s GxP, ICS, Authorization, Data Privacy and Information Security especially computer system validation methodologyAbility to work in complex, global Environments. Strategic thinking & managing of complexityStructured and methodical problem-solving attitudeVery good communication skills.
