Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.YOUR TASKSYou will analyze customer demands and system specifications.Youwill design, analyze, review and execute test cases for system-requirementstesting by applying advanced test methodologies and techniques while using advancedequipment.Youwill have to automatize tests using existing solutions of find new and feasiblemethods for test automationYouwill have to understand the product functionality to reach test boundaries.You will evaluate, interpret and document test results.You will have to discover failures, report them and give suggestions for improvement.Participatein technical meetings, also with other departmentsIf necessary, you will provide test support on customer site,or participate in technical meetings with the customer.Youwill document technical solutions for test cases or for test benches and storethe documentation in such a way that it is available and understandable forothersYouwill need to collaborate with other locations and receive or transfer knowledgebetween locations.Aspart of our culture, you will be entitled to drive the implementation of your ownimprovement ideas and innovations.It is expected to have a problem-solving approach.YOUR QUALIFICATIONSYou will have completed a course of studies in a technical field.Youhave experience in handling oscilloscopes, multimeters and power supplies.You hold a natural tester feeling and you have a good testing experienceYouhave knowledge in special functional areas: electrical networks and protocolscommunication (e.g. CAN), hardware/software interfaces, automotive electronicsand functionalities; embedded systems and networks would be a plus.Youhave basic knowledge of microcontrollers and C programming language orwillingness to learn in a supportive environment.Youhave basic knowledge/experience about Vector Tools (CANoe, CAPL) andintegration of peripheral testing solutions within the systemYou have basic knowledge about testing processes along with test design methods/techniquesISTQB would be an advantageYoumust take the initiative to find solutions to solve problems and search forcontinuous improvement of our test solutions.Youshould be able to handle, fluently, written and verbal English discussions andyou are willing to attend job training/customer support abroad.
