 Responsibilities and what you will do: Lead the design, development and deployment of AI products & services Cross-functional collaboration with engineers and business across different domains Collaborate with stakeholders to design LLM-based solutions that meet business requirements and enhance performance Participate in all phases of LLM-based solutions development and deployment Develop innovative methods and advance techniques to build and deploy NLP solutions in various environments (cloud, on-premises) Serve as a mentor and provide technical guidance to the team to help solve complex technical challenges Who you are – you have: Strong technical expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning principles and frameworks and software engineering best practices Hands on experience in LLM-based solutions development Applied experience using frameworks such as LangChain to build LLM products Experience and best practices knowledge in LLM models development and deployment in production environments Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying software solutions   Skills and qualifications: Background in software engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, physics, etc. At least 7 years of experience Proficiency with Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch/Tensorflow/Hugging Face Transformers Ability to quickly prototype and iterate on software products Experience deploying machine learning models in production environments Familiarity with latest GenAI/LLM advances Experience with: word embeddings, transfer learning, in-context learning, information retrieval and knowledge graphs Ability to work independently Analytical and creative mind, proactive approach Benefits: Medical package, Life insurance Benefit Platform – you choose what you want to use – eg. sport card, cinema tickets, shopping vouchers.
