Exciting Opportunity: Tableau Data Analyst Remote, Poland B2B; 1.300-1.450 PLN/day + VAT covered Total Yrs. of Experience 5-8 years Relevant Yrs. of experience 4 years We are looking for a Tableau Data Analyst to support project work on behalf of Pharma Global Technical Operations, our manufacturing organization. They will support the introduction of "Enterprise Recipe Management" and especially the "Integrations & Reporting" squad within this commissioning project. The perfect candidate: We are looking for a motivated candidate willing to operate in the Manufacturing pharmaceutical environment. GMP experience is nice to have. In addition, the candidate should have worked in a similar role previously for at least 3-4 years. Tasks & Responsibilities: Works with the Business Analyst, Product Owner and Solution Architect to understand the needs of each of the sites in scope, and occasionally attends meetings with customer representatives to get first-hand information of their requirements.  Understands deliverables standards within a project; like URS / User Stories, Functional Specifications / Acceptance Criteria as the sources of requirements and creates Design Specification and other needed technical documentation.  Attends (virtual) workshops with teams on site to understand the process & application (like reporting) changes. Understands and implements the requirements and designs solutions, as per a release scope plan, together with the team. Accountable to identify and highlight site specific risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (specifically such with local processes / systems)  Ensures that the applications and solutions are implemented in a way that they are maintainable and usable for various different user groups without too much customization or changes to the existing products (""template approach"").  Supports rollouts in improving the template rollout approach, as well as identifying and sharing lessons-learnt and best practices between site implementations. Works with delivery and the project team to ensure that the final solution meets the business requirements and customer's needs and is delivered according to plan. Must Haves: Min. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or any related area or equivalent work experience  Experience from similar reporting solutions Required technologies: Experience with Tableau Desktop and creation of dashboards Experience with Tableau Server: publishing of dashboards, access and permissions management Well knowledge of SQL and data modelling Data analytics and data storytelling skills Fluent in English (written and spoken) Experience in Agile methods (and/or SAFe), and using Jira Experience working in a global, virtual team with people from different cultures, across all management levels  Excellent communication skills Proactive, strong autonomy and capable of driving discussions and chasing up stakeholders Nice to Haves: Other languages, specifically German considered a plus ISA-88 / -95 (or other manufacturing IT-landscape) knowledge Experience with global / multi-site manufacturing projects Knowledge of PostgreSQL If you are ready to take your career to the next level and be part of our team, apply now!
