By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team in Romania. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute recruitment/staffing activities in support of business group growth in Romania.Implement short- and long-term staffing activities to ensure alignment with challenging growth targets, specifically within IT and Service Desk roles..Manage filling vacancies against rigorous time, quality and service demands, prioritising both volume and "difficult to fill" roles.Support implementation of strategic Staffing initiatives ; drive a strategy of "Direct" sourcing utilising referrals, social networking, and online advertising.Engage key stakeholders to drive TA Best Practice . Management, HR Business Partners, C&B, HRG Community.Utilise all recruitment sourcing methods including advertising (print and web based), employee referrals and personal networking.Educate managers to implement best recruitment practice using Competency Based Interviewing (CBI) and other assessment/selection tools. Essential RequirementsPrior recruitment experience within a corporate staffing/recruiting function.Previous exposure to and use of complex ATS systems preferably SAP SuccessfactorsPrevious experience of recruiting within either a technology company or an agency partnering with technology companies.Good understanding of the Romanian Recruitment Market.Interviewing skills, compliance and regulatory knowledge.Good presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.Ability to interact with people of different seniority, cultures and business disciplines. Desirable skillsExperience hiring multi-lingual Service Desk agents. BenefitsOur people are the most critical component of our long-term success and their health and wellbeing are our priority.
