We pride ourselves on delivering a world-class recruitment process that exceeds the expectations of managers and candidates.We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to be responsible for designing innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top candidates and ensure vacancies are filled with the right talent.As aRecruiter in the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for all recruitment in Romania, and have the unique opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders in the business. Your role is to partner with and be responsible for delivering against the recruitment needs of the business units. You will help shape the strategy of recruiting across Romania and impact the growth of the company in EMEA by hiring top talent in key roles. Your responsibilities will include:Perform full cycle recruiting for the company's positions across Romania and other countries in EMEA by conducting in-depth requisition launch meetings, advertising, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure that only qualified and interested candidates are presented to hiring managers.Guide hiring managers through the interview, selection, and offer stages.Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity and company, conducting phone screens, coordinating interview schedules, summarizing feedback, making hiring recommendations, and managing the offer process.Successfully track progress on requisitions and candidates within Workday.Maintain a focus on the marketplace and communicate market intelligence as appropriate by attending career fairs/events and meetups.What you bring:Previous in-house / onsite technology recruitment experience within a fast-moving commercial environment - ideally sector knowledge of finance and paymentsAbility to build strong relationships with stakeholdersRecruitment experience of technology talent, including software engineers, QA Engineers and architects etc.Experience of direct sourcing candidates in a fast-paced environment through database search, online CV tanks, LinkedIn and online networkingExperience with competency based interviewingUnderstanding of recruitment and resourcing best practice and knowledge of relevant employment legislationAdded bonus if you have:Workday ATS experienceeCom / Fintech / Payments industry knowledgeWhat we offer youFull remote working from anywhere in RomaniaA multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunitiesA variety of career development tools, resources, and opportunitiesA work environment built on collaboration, flexibility, and respect#LI-SS1#LI-RemotePrivacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
