We provide legal, financial and employee administration through TMF Group’s teams in 120 offices About the roleWe are looking for result oriented Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist, who can support our recruitment activities across South-East Europe (SEE) with a focus on Romania. As part of the South-East Europe TA team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining contact with key groups of external candidates within your designated area.Through the proactive creation of talent pools of skilled professionals to support various divisions across TMF's business, you will support the efficient and cost-effective delivery of TA operations, providing a high-quality recruitment experience for managers and candidates whilst specific vacancies are filled. Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: Working closely with hiring managers to understand candidate profiles;Manage full cycle recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening of CVs, conducting phone interviews, writing candidate’s reports, interview co-ordination and scheduling, offer management and negotiationManage job postings on different platforms as well as applicants and workflow through ATS;Communicate on regular basis with stakeholders/Hiring Managers to update and report on recruitment status;Develop consultative relationships with Hiring Managers ensuring the recruiting needs within assigned area are met;Manage agencies and third party vendors;Identifying potential candidates through the use of intricate Boolean searches, user groups, professional and social networking, CV databases, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing and the internal application tracking system;Build and grow strong talent pools of passive candidates who have relevant skills for the specific business unit whilst keeping up to date with market trends and analysis;Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events;Ensuring data integrity at all times;Ensuring cost effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent. About youThe successful candidate will possess the ability to manage high work volumes and complete multiple tasks and projects quickly, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround and work with a high degree of ambiguity. Preferably you meet the following job criteria: Bachelor degree preferably in psychology or social science; Full cycle recruitment experience within an agency or in-house is desirable. Candidates without previous experience in similar roles are also welcomed to apply;Must possess exceptional drive and motivation to achieve hiring goals;Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently;Have excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills;Attention to details while able to maintain a broad overview of things;Excellent spoken and written English skills.
