Talent Acquisition Specialist in Bucuresti

Job Description If you are interested in our opportunity, our role involves: Develop, implement and manage strategies that will prepare and promote a diverse organization and pipeline of talent for our businesses in multiple countries; Support developing targeted UR candidate attraction strategies and support driving country talent mobility process; Manage an end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions and act as a single point of contact for multiple Departments; Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies in order to attract suitable talent within the organization; Build strategic pipelines for roles presenting niche requirements within the organization; Partner with Hiring Managers and Human Resources Organization to understand recruiting needs and sourcing strategies for the recruitment of senior/middle/junior level candidates; Deliver reports, research and analysis and collaborate with management and human resource staff to evaluate and assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies; Partner with external recruitment agencies in order to ensure business needs are met; Build and maintain a network of prospects through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; developing deep knowledge of key competitors and capturing; and reporting on key metrics that show results, trends and opportunities within the market; Conduct trainings, coaching and mentoring team-mates in recruitment best practices and the use of recruitment tools; Offer support in organizing company's participation to various job-fairs and other hiring events; If you wish to be part of our team, we are offering: Training programs; Career growth opportunities on various exciting projects or in the people management area; Experienced leaders to help you guide and support your professional development; Diverse, international and multicultural work environment; Competitive salary and an attractive benefits package; A fast-paced and dynamic work environment full of challenging and interesting work; To become our new colleague, you must have the following skills and qualifications: BS / BA degree; Experience in a Recruitment role; experience in a matrixed, multinational organization; Fluent in English - advanced level of English both skills verbally and in writing Good understanding of general HR structures and workflows within a complex organization; Good project management abilities; Experience recruiting in a corporate environment by managing an end to end recruiting cycle; Ability to partner with and influence multiple stakeholders; Good ability of developing sourcing strategies within organization and negotiating stakeholders’ expectations according to market potential; Strong ability to source passive candidates by using creative means; Good abilities working with excel at a medium level, advanced level preferred; We value colleagues that have:; Strong reporting, research and analysis skills; Proven business acumen; Good influencing skills;
