Talent Acquisition Specialist in Constanţa

The roleWe are currently looking for a TA Specialist based in either Turkey or Romania for a fixed term period of one year to help support the teams in Eastern Europe with their specialist recruitment in their white collar population. You will be a part of a larger TA team that covers the whole of Europe which consists of 24,000 staff across 28 business units.You will be reporting to the TA Cluster Head for Eastern Europe and help support and recruit for roles in our white collar population across our Eastern European locations. DP World is going through a huge amount of change as we integrate two other large business within the group. As part of this change there are reorganisations within teams leading to a surge in recruitment. You will be integral to make sure that this global change is a success as you recruit the best people for each of those positions.There will also be work around business as usual filling gaps as they occur in teams. As part of our integration, we have range of TA projects that are being undertaken and you will support the team to help deliver these projects. You will also be attending job and trade fairs as well as networking with key groups making sure that DP World is the employer of choice within supply chain for candidates who are looking.The personSo who are we looking for? Extensive Eastern European end to end full recruitment cycle experience. Ideally experience of logistics, international TA within a corporate environment would be ideal. A strong understanding of recruitment technology with previous experience of working with an established ATS A focus on candidate and hiring manager experience and the ability to know what ‘good’ looks like Fluency in English is essential as well as native understanding of Turkish Demonstrable experience of sourcing high quality talent and making sure that you are finding the best person for the job Fantastic stakeholder management skills and the ability to talk to line managers of all levels in different countries A strong self-starter who can manage their day to day work to achieve their KPIs and goals.
