Your day to day:You will manage the Talent Acquisition lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping hiring managers find quality talent on time. Being aware of latest market/talent trends and sharing knowledge with key stakeholders is critical in building trust and adding value as a business partner. You will assist in driving best practice across the talent acquisition life cycle. You will identify and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:Good understanding of procedures and concepts through extensive experience, execute the end to end delivery of all resourcing requirements;Demonstrate the ability to exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical way with key business stakeholders, HR Business Partners (HRBP) and Centres of Expertise (COEs);Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of the delivery of quality hires to support business objectives and supporting the local market talent agenda;Deliver resourcing requirements specified by the business, meeting KPIs and providing relative diverse candidates to the business in a timely manner;Point of contact for the business, use judgement based on analysis of information, ensure resourcing activity meets the short and long term needs of the business;Document and take accountability of all management information, reporting and keeping systems up to date to ensure accurate and timely data;Perform other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas;Ensure operational excellence throughout the resourcing process;May provide informal guidance to junior staff.With these skills you are a great candidate:Graduate – with a degree in Business or HR related subject;Understanding of full cycle recruiting;Consulting ability, stakeholder management, organizational and time-management, good verbal & written communication skills;Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, word, ATS/Success Factors, LinkedIn, AI driven Recruitment tech;Staffing industry or Corporate Talent Acquisition background mandatory;Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team;Ability to execute Talent Acquisition strategies, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management and interview process management;Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.Sounds like the perfect job?
